I believe that I said that I was not blaming the teachers but the system. I
am aware of the individual situations that require tutoring. The original
post seemed to indicate that all students were channeled into tutoring
instead of art class, music, etc. That seemed a little extreme. As for
students in art needing tutoring, I do that myself through reteaching and
after school sessions.
